Information & Referral
We connect people to community resources to make it easier to navigate systems and find the right services.
Individual and Systems Advocacy
Our team encourages people to protect their civil rights by advocating for their resources and accommodations. We actively work together to advance accessibility, inclusion, and lasting change in our communities.
Independent Living Services
Teaching people how to remain independent through our one-on-one or group classes, covering a variety of topics based on individual needs and goals.
Peer/Non-Peer Counseling
Providing a welcoming space where people can share experiences and learn from one another to build a strong sense of belonging.
Youth and Community Transition Services
Our transition services provide support for individuals who are navigating change. This includes youth as they step into adulthood, or adults seeking to move back into their community.
Veteran Directed Care
Through this partnership between the Department of Veterans Affairs (Veterans Health Administration) and REACH, Inc., veterans enrolled in the VA health system can afford home care services provided by professionals, family members, or friends.

Home Accessibility Program
This program enhances safety, reduces fall risks, and promotes functional independence through low-cost, high-impact home modifications. Focusing on accessibility for adults aged 62 and older across Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant Counties.
Please call our Home Accessibility Team, located at our Tarrant County offices, for additional support and assistance.
